clean slate

SMALL SLATE

Starting anew is always refreshing, but challenging when the clean slate is staring vacantly back at you. However, each task has its own resistance and resistance in some shape or form is the most inspiring outset for any project. Whether the impossibility of the client's requirements, the complexity of the site or strict building regulations, HGZ really thrives when things seem difficult. Solving the puzzle is a struggle and a joy - equally valuable.

LARGE SLATE

HGZ has been assisting HBA Arkitekter on this development consisting of 354 apartments and a kindergarten in Oslo, from sketch phase through project to detail phase including BIM-communication with technical consultants. Four buildings of varying height and depth, in red brick with roof terraces with views towards the fjord.
